Brief
A conversation about the site, the constraint and the date that actually matters. We ask what has already been tried, because that is usually where the difficulty is hiding.

Written scope and quote
Inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, price and finish date, issued in writing. If an assumption turns out to be wrong, it comes back to you as a variation before any further cost is incurred.

Delivery
We order, book, coordinate and attend as scheduled, keeping supplier confirmations and delivery records as they are generated rather than assembling them afterwards.

Close-out
A summary of what was delivered, what it cost against quote, and anything left outstanding — plus the document pack, so your records are complete on the day we finish.

Nothing verbal that matters
Scope, price, variation and close-out are all documented. A phone call can start a job; it cannot change what it costs.
Your records stay yours
Supplier confirmations, delivery dockets and attendance notes are handed over as part of the job, not held as leverage at the end of it.
We say no to the wrong job
If an engagement sits outside what we can properly resource on your timeframe, we will say so at the brief rather than discovering it halfway through.
